Ark Housing are currently recruiting for established Support Workers across the range of services they have in East Fife. Ark believe in a person centred approach, which means they see the person first and ask them what is important in their lives. It is important for all people to have choice and control over their lives and they support their service users to do this through good life plans. Ark values the worth of each person, understanding difference and the development of trusting relationships. These values help them develop as an organisation and they believe it is important their staff share these values. Experience is not essential. They offer a comprehensive induction and training programmes designed to ensure you have all the skills you need for the job. What's most important is that you have a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
